I am really not a very good salesperson. If All Day I Dream About Food was a commission-based sales business, I’d be the person at the bottom of the heap every time. I’d be barely scraping by and on the verge of getting fired.

I’m not going to lie, even trying to sell my own cookbooks is an issue for me. If I can’t find a way to genuinely talk about them, I find myself cringing away from it. In real life, when someone asks me about them, I get all awkward and weird and I downplay their significance in my life.

Yep, I pretty much suck at sales. I guess the fact that my books have sold well at all is testament to what a great fan base I already have (THANK YOU!) and how popular keto is becoming.

But now I need to get over myself a little and say:

I have some pretty great keto cookbooks!

It’s been a while since I’ve promoted them, to be honest. And I have so many new fans and followers, I figured it was time to get them a shout out again.

I know many of you have purchased one or more of them already and for that, you have my deep gratitude. It sometimes astonishes me that anyone wants to buy a keto cookbook, since you can get so many of my recipes here on this website for free.

But I also recognize the joy of holding something like that in your hand. And to be frank, my publisher, Victory Belt, puts out THE BEST KETO COOKBOOKS! Bar none. They are gorgeous and glossy, with a photo for every recipe and a big visual index at the back. That visual index has been immensely popular with my readers.

So let’s go through them one by one in the order in which they were published. And then I am going to highlight a couple of other great keto cookbooks by some of my favorite authors, so you have lots and lots of choice!

This is my first and most comprehensive keto cookbook. It’s really more than a cookbook, it’s a guide on how to start and how to maintain the keto lifestyle. And it encourages you to truly embrace it as a lifestyle, rather than a short term diet. Because I believe that’s the key to success. It’s not a quick fix, but it is a healthier way of life.

My second book was proposed to me by my publisher as a way to get more fun recipes into the hands of busy keto people, without the hefty price tag of a full length book. It’s been a surprise to me how popular this one is, but upon reflection, I get it. It’s so easy to run out of ideas for quick, healthy and delicious dinners.

The struggle is real! And this book helps solve a problem for many busy families.

The last in the “Easy Keto” series (for now, anyway), this book solves the problem of being sick of bacon and eggs. Mind you, there are some recipes that feature bacon and eggs, but I flatter myself that they are a wee bit more creative than the usual.

I like to think outside the box, when it comes to healthy keto breakfast. I have 3 hungry kids and if I don’t make it interesting, I catch some serious flack!

Southern Keto: Looking for the comfort of Souther classics re-created to be healthy and low carb? Look no further than Natasha Newton’s gorgeous book!

Keto Comfort Foods: Ever since Halle Berry mentioned this book by Maria Emmerich, it’s been off the charts popular! With good reason.

Keto Kids: I got a chance to review this book early and it’s such a fun one! My kids love thumbing through it too. By Sam Dillard of Hey Keto Mama. She knows her kid-friendly food.

Made Whole: By the lovely Christina Curp, this book is for anyone with inflammatory issues. She healed her own body by making the switch to an anti-inflammatory keto diet.

Dairy-Free Keto Cooking: Think dairy-free can’t be delicious and creamy? Think again! This new book by Kyndra Holley is on point for the dairy-free crowd.

Keto For Life: She lives it and breathes it. And my long time friend, Mellissa Sevigny, is a spectacular recipe creator. Practical and delicious!

Ketotarian: Giving this vegetarian, and “mostly plant based” book a little shout out because it’s hard to be meat free and keto!

Naturally Keto: Okay, this one isn’t even out yet but I know Brenda well and I know how hard she worked on this. She’s my girl! And the beloved author of the blog SugarFreeMom.com.

Real Food Keto: Surely we all know who Jimmy Moore is. Did you know that his wife, Christine, is now a licensed Nutritional Therapist? This has tons of great info about how to approach the keto diet and why we eat what what we eat. It’s not technically a cookbook but has plenty of delicious recipes to whet your appetite.

Keto: A Woman’s Guide: This amazing book by Tasha Metcalfe is not a cookbook. But I had to list it because it’s very eye opening. We tend to treat nutrition for men and women as the same, but it simply isn’t. We face very different metabolic issues at all stages of our lives. So tackling this important subject was a passion for Tasha and it shines through!
